Judy Nevarez Noelene Souza Skip's Tavern has an all-star staff, starting with the lead bartender/manager Noelene Souza. Noelene is a professional mixologist, has been at Skip's for over ten years and previously worked in other fine drinking establishments in the area. Her services have been invaluable to Skip's during its transition from a rough biker bar to a neighborhood tavern, where you can take your mother-in-law (even if you like her). Sharon Grow The staff also includes Sharon Grow, who has also been with Skip's for over ten years. Sharon is loved by all for her ability to entertain customers and make them feel at home at Skip's. During weekdays you will find Linda Flores, who always has a mischievous smile for everyone. During the day on Saturday and Sunday you will usually find Judy Nevarez, who does an exemplary job of making the customers feel at ease on her regular shifts and those shifts when she fills in for other bartenders. And there is Eddie Leung, who tries to keep Skip's clean and neat and gives customers a challenge or even a lesson or two on the pool table.
