Coming from Rob, a rabid "Replacements" fan for as long as I've known him, that was the ultimate compliment. Make no mistake, however. You won't find an abundance of spiked hair and leather at Skips Tavern. There is nothing about this neighborhood workingman's tavern, its clientele or musicians that fits the "punk" stereotype.
